Description

Thanks to Scratch for the Scratch logo, and thanks to Microsoft for inspiration. Updates ------------------------------------------------------------- Updates can be found here: https://cos-updates.w3spaces.com/ Also, this update was made as a separate project because this is the full release, and I still want people to go check out v1.2, because its also a cool version. Just note that there will be no more updates to the v1.2 project. Notes ---------------------------------------------------------------- Actual Turbowarp link for this version of COS: https://turbowarp.org/710096791?clones=Infinity

Instructions

(I'll post the un-remixed version at some point...) Welcome to Clone-based OS (COS for short)! What is COS, you may ask? COS is a Clone based Operating System (hence why its called "Clone OS") that runs smoothly, and is pretty easy to use. Introduction -------------------------------------------------------- First things first, lets get used to the basics. Once the startup screen is finished loading the COS, press the start button to bring up a one-column start menu (will later be changed). In the start menu, there are 2 buttons (will later be changed). The first button, "Shutdown", will obviously shutdown COS. The "Change Wallpaper" button will allow you change through the 2 wallpapers (will later be changed) available. To change the wallpaper, use the left and right arrow keys. If you'd like to create a new file, click the file named "File Creator". You can find the name of a file by hovering over it. Once you've clicked the .exe file, you be presented with some questions: If you'd like to create a file or a folder. If you'd like to create a file, just type file. File name with file extension (File extensions define what type of file a file is. For example, a Text files have the extension .txt after it) File Contents (What's inside a file) File x and y positions (or where on the screen the file is, which are determined by its x and y position in COS) The folder the files going to be in. If you want to see your file on screen, leave the box blank, or type in Desktop You can fill out those questions in any way you'd like. System Info -------------------------------------------------------- The maximum amount of files you can have on your computer is 300, since scratches clone limit is 300, unless you go to this link: https://turbowarp.org/710096791?clones=Infinity The the only file types in this version are txt, cxt, exe, mus, fld, cos, and tts files. There are 2 Easter eggs in this OS, so look out for it.
