It's a bit faster here: https://turbowarp.org/477445239 It's not super fast but that's because scratch. The way it works is basically the same as @piano_miles camera project but it takes multiple pictures. I'm surprised there are this little blocks because this wasn't easy and I think it could be faster but probably not by much. Maybe a different way of getting colors but as far as I know this is really the fastest way. The best result for me was 5 brightness with a good resolution but you just need to play around with it yourself.
