THIS PROJECT ONLY WORKS ON TURBOWARP: https://turbowarp.org/911281149?offscreen&limitless&size=640x360&fps=60 Includes alot of notes inside, so you can see how it works pretty well. Arrow keys to scroll text, r to redraw on slow rendering (default) and s to switch between fast (counterintuitively, the slower option) rendering and slow rendering (doesn`t update every 0.1 seconds, so less laggy, but manual scrolling updates)

This means that you can import (and maybe export in the future) files from Notepad and a couple other programs by using scratch and these 2 links (because stock scratch can not access your files):
