Instructions, Notes, and Credits are all in the game. The instructions is the "i" button in the bottom of the menu, and the notes & credits are the notes button, the button next to the instructions. To start the game, go to play and play level one. Your goal is to collect Blockies, or the yellow coins. There are secrets scattered around the game. Try to discover the Blocky Story, the game's story. You can save your progress by settings (the button to the left of instructions,) account, and save. Load your data in settings, account, and load.
