I made some edits. Note: The full 60 Second Countdown that was used in Times Square during the 2003 ball drop is considered "Lost Media". But I provided a scenario of what would happen if the full Countdown was provided, which I made.

This includes the whole countdown from 60 to 0. No turnoff at 40! What a pain to the fingers to create this countdown! This was a lot of work!
