Jan 2020 - Fixed after a long period of brokenness since Scratch 3 This is my best attempt at an 8 player scratch port of the popular diep.io. All rights below to the original creator of diep.io (and agar.io). Second Server: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/127693420/ **** Controls / Keys **** [Arrow keys] or [WASD] to move [E] toggles guns on and off, [Mouse] to aim [1-8] to upgrade stats [M] + [1-8] to set auto stat upgrade (just [M] to turn off) ============================================= Work to be done: * If your project stops, you can look inside and click on the list labelled debug to get a report... * New Tank Classes * Ensure tank class leveling is fair * Scale level based on number of players? ============================================= Change log: 24 Jan 2020 - v1.5 - Removed black borders, rearranged stats, extended view distance, changed grid size, reduced size of score table. 23 Jan 2020 - v1.4 - Fixed for Scratch 3, introduced experimental level streaming to keep screens in sync. 24 Nov 2016 - v1.3 - Players spawn invulnerable - Move to start shooting and become vulnerable to attack. You can upgrade your tank while invulnerable (flashing) 17 Nov 2016 - v1.2b - Added reclone to try to skip freezes :/ 16 Nov 2016 - v1.2 - Try to prevent accidental pick up of previous players stats and OP cheating trick ;) 16 Nov 2016 - v1.1 - Fixed major cause of game freezing! YAY! It was hovering the mouse over the score table when you or other players were first joining!
