X for Scratch! This is based on the famous fangame of the same name from 2009 by 'Redigit' (creator of Terraria). SMBX is known to combine everything across Mario's history to create custom adventures. In that spirit, this project combines 8 levels from famous 'episodes' into one game. Each level also has hidden stars that are required to collect to progress further. Join Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad to find the stars and save the kingdom! CONTROLS (based on default) **Controls can be configured in the main menu** -Arrow keys to move and climb -X to jump/swim; hold down while in water to swim in place, hold up to swim higher -Z to run/carry, throw fireballs in Fire form; hold up while carrying items to throw upward -C to spin jump -P to pause -Space to use Item Slot -Press down to enter pipes and slide -Press Up to enter doors, read signs, talk to NPCs Character Stats 1. Mario - normal stats, as usual; can slide 2. Luigi - Higher Jump; weak traction; can slide 3. Peach - Hold while in midair to float; low speed; cannot slide, no spin jump 4. Toad - High Speed, low jump; cannot slide Credits (more inside) -Based on the original fangame by Redigit & other related creators -Engine made by myself -Most sprites sourced from SMBX -Music by Nintendo, Tetris And, of course, you for playing!
