Play on Turbowarp for widescreen and a smoother framerate! https://turbowarp.org/1138418230 and check out @Magudragon project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1193818393/ its a sonic game like this one :) update: made ranking a little more forgiving, and fixed a bug where resetting the level would reset you to the last checkpoint ++++--- ⭐⭐ How to play ⭐⭐ ---++++ Z to jump, Z to use your midair ability, X to boost. down plus Z to spindash. hold the down arrow to roll. interacting with certain level objects will put you into a trickstate. (you will be flashing and there will be a Z button pop up at the bottom of your screen) hold whatever direction you want to go in, then press Z to do a trick in that direction. each character has a special midair and boost ability, for scratch cat, Z midair is a dropdash and pressing X will propel you forwards with a lottt of speed. it stacks :) teras midair ability is a bounce, it will bounce you higher depending on how high you are when you use it, and it allows you to get more height off certain level obstacles. her X ability is a boost, hold it to propel yourself forwards at a consistent speed. nanos midair ability is a bullet dash. hold Z, use the arrow keys to direct yourself, then release Z to go flying! his X ability is a stomp, it can only be activated midair, and it slams you down to the ground with a little speed burst. at the end of the levels, youll be ranked on your performance. if you want to get good ranks, you need to complete the level fast. getting red rings and a good score helps, but speed trumps all. your gonna have to work for that S rank ++++--- ⭐⭐ About ⭐⭐ ---++++ this is still very early, and a lot of parts of this game arent finished.. but for the most part, the gameplay is there. i just wanted to release this to get a feel of how people feel about the gameplay. and also, this version of the game will probably be discontinued when i make the kit engine 4, as itll just be better than the kit engine 3 kinda nerve racking to share this but fingers crossed it ends well also, one more thing, if you have problems with collison (like, you cant go up loops at high speeds or you start to disconnect from the ground) just refresh the page, and itll fix it
