THIS PROJECT DOESN'T USE RAYS A project to showcase my new sphere renderer that I have implemented into my 3D Engine. It is the most advanced sphere renderer by quite a margin. Other sphere renderers approximate the sphere with a series of lines or faces. This will render a sphere exactly as it should appear, always, at (theoretically) any texture resolution. It also works with a depth buffer so can be used in other rasterisation projects, and easily have shadows cast on it, etc. I chose to display a 3D Earth with this at 632x316 resolution (due to Scratch JSON/List Limits), but any sphere is possible.
