Description

If you would like to get the latest updates on this game, check out this forum thread https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/127174/ ===UPDATE LOG=== (1.0) 5/2/16 --- Initial Release (1.01) 5/4/16 --- Fixed a glitch where you couldn't unlock the last stage (2.0) 12/31/17 --- Happy New Year Everyone! As my gift, I have made massive changes! --- Added a way to save your progress through the story mode and load it later! Watch out though! It only works for your specific username so don't try to put up your Save Codes into the comments! --- Optimized Apple catch so it runs absolutely lag free, even on hard mode on a slower computer! (Don't use <touching [color]> blocks, they are SLOW) --- Added two new minigames! Countdown and Reflex! --- When you hover over a character in the selection screen, they say their name so you know exactly who you're playing! --- There are now only 10 turns per map in a Story Mode game instead of 20. That halves the amount of time you play each map! --- Instead of completely restarting the Story Mode when you aren't first in one of the maps, you just restart that stage! --- Changed the turn amounts to 5, 10, 15, 20 instead of 10, 20, 30, 50. Honestly, who's going to play 50 turns of this game? --- Now the X Turns Left banner actually is visible on the screen. --- The chance and witch spaces don't affect the game as much. Their effects have been diminished. (2.1) 2/8/18 --- A (?) help button appeared on the main menu! Click it to learn how to play the game!

Instructions

Play either alone through a Story Mode, or Party Mode with your friends! This is heavily based off the game, Mario Party. The basic concept is this, you have to hit a dice when it's your turn, and move that many number of spaces. Landing on a blue space grants 3 coins, whereas a red space takes away 3. To buy a star, pass the star space with at least 20 coins, and buy a star. After all the turns are taken, whoever has the most stars wins! If there are a tie in the amount of stars, then it is whoever has the most stars and coins! Story mode goes through each stage with a 20 turn layout. The computer difficulties are based off the difficulty of the Story Mode you are going through. Playing each difficulty unlocks different things! Tell me if you beat hard mode in Story Mode, even I haven't beat it yet! (I kinda cheated to see if it works, though.) Currently, there are 5 minigames, 4 stages, 8 characters, 3 Story Mode difficulties, and 3 computer AI Difficulties. I might expand on some of these aspects, especially minigames. In another day, I might release a sequel with a concept much more similar to Mario Party (Forked Paths, many more minigames, an actual story...) I'll only do this though if you guys give me a ton of loves and favorites! Oh, and I hope the Scratch Team releases new blocks to make programming that easier!
