This may be a Scratch First. AN OTIS GEN3!!!!! Gen3s are so AWESOME!!!! Although they're just a rebranded OTIS Gen2, they are still really good elevators. And I have said a lot of bad things about OTIS Elevators in the past, but it's changing with the Gen3, a huge refresh from the Gen2, despite both models looking identical. This replaced a 2017 Hydraulic MRL. The old elevator was very unreliable.
