Only the AI overlords and the workers at Shapeco. Industries know the truth-- that factories do not produce things out of materials, but out of shapes. The reason the market is crashing? Because entire houses are simply made from a square and a right triangle. Your job as a factory designer is to, well, design factories. You will need to use problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking to realize how to make an item out of only simple factory machines-- like Line Generators, Splicers, Fillers, and Joiners.
