<< WELCOME! >> "It's been 1,000 years, bro..." This was a test for a Splatoon-like game I supported for a while until I shared Scratoon. If you're experiencing issues, play on TurboWarp: https://turbowarp.org/771364149 OR Play Scratoon here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/815251685/ << HOW TO PLAY >> Inside the spawner, click anywhere on the map to spawn the character. You will get a special barrier called "spawn armor." It will mitigate any damage taken, but its effect is temporary! • The first time you start, you will spawn automatically. W/S - move around Spacebar - swim form • Your ink refills while hiding in your own ink color in swim form! You also move faster as well! Left click - use main weapon • Shooters fire a continuous stream of ink. • Rollers cover the ground below you. • Chargers ink paths in a straight line. Charge by holding left click, then fire! • Sloshers dump clumps of ink in front of you. You'll have to repeatedly left click to claim turf! E - use sub weapon • Sub weapons consume a lot of ink. Watch your ink meter! ► Splat Bomb • A bomb that explodes after a short period of time. ► Curling Bomb • A bomb that creates a path of ink and bounces off walls. Use it to quickly get around! ► Burst Bomb • A bomb that explodes instantly on impact with the ground. It's weaker than the other bombs though. ► Suction Bomb • A bomb that sticks to the ground shortly after being thrown. It takes longer to detonate, but covers a larger area of ink! ► Ink Mine • A bomb that you plant on the ground, hidden within the ink. When an enemy comes close, it blows them up by surprise! Only one mine can be placed at a time. Q - use special weapon ► Big Bubbler • Deploys a stationary barrier that protects you from outside enemy attacks. You'll be invincible inside of the barrier, but if it takes too much damage, it'll break away! ► Trizooka • Fires a powerful torrent of ink! Can only be used three times. ► Triple Inkstrike • Click anywhere on the map to deploy three beacons that ink an area around them! Your main and sub weapon will be disabled, so be careful! Numbers 1-6 to switch weapon ► 1 - Splattershot • Balanced performance, with a decent rate of fire and ink coverage. ► 2 - Splat Roller • Covers the ground below you. Doesn't do much, but absolutely crushes enemies at close range! ► 3 - Splat Charger • Fires a path of ink in a straight line, instantly splatting enemies directly hit by your shots. ► 4 - Splattershot Jr. • Fast rate of fire and great ink coverage! It's a bit lacking in damage and range, though. ► 5 - Splattershot Pro • A more advanced shooter. It's pretty ink-hungry, with a slow rate of fire. It does deal great damage though! ► 6 - Slosher • Coat your enemies with a bucketload of ink. Rinse and repeat, but watch your ink! ► 7 - Classic Squiffer • A charger with a faster charge speed at the cost of range. R - Reset map • Calculates your score before resetting the map. The amount of points earned is based on the amount of turf inked. T - Display scores << VERSION HISTORY >> 2/2/2023 (beta version 0.0.1) Beta release. 2/3/2023 (beta version 0.0.2) Fixed issues. Overhauled the performance of the Big Bubbler. 2/7/2023 (beta version 0.0.3) Added new scoreboard system (does not work) 2/8/2023 (beta version 0.0.4) Tweaked the mechanics for charger-type weapons, including an indicator for charging. Increased the charge speed of the Splat Charger. 2/9/2023 (beta version 0.0.5) New weapons have been added: • Classic Squiffer • Ink Mine (sub weapon) Improved the ink coverage for charger-type weapons. Slightly reduced the charge speed of the Splat Charger. 2/10/2023 (beta version 0.0.6) Entering swim form while charging a charger-type weapon now resets the charge. This does not apply to having a full charge and entering swim form, but releasing the charge in said state will not fire the charger. 2/14/2023 (beta version 0.0.7) Updated the appearance of the Classic Squiffer and added new indicators for scenarios such as holding a charge in swim form. 3/7/2023 (beta version 0.0.8) Changes have been made so that when you press the W and S keys, you will move forward or backward based on the direction you are facing. • This change allows for a more laptop-friendly experience. 5/11/2023 (beta version 0.0.9) Fixed an issue that caused the player to be splatted immediately after using the spawner. 7/3/2023 (beta version 0.0.10) Special gauge penalty now rounds to the nearest whole number, a border indicating damage has been added, and some minor adjustments have been made to hidden dialogue text. << OTHER >> くコ:彡
