2 days late, but I'd wish a happy birthday to BPA! The game now turned 2 years old. The default equipped hat to Basketball will be a party hat for the rest of the month. Enjoy! Everything is self-made, no remixes needed. Do not advertise in the comment section of this project. Any ad seen by me will be deleted and reported. About BPA V3: It is pretty much the same as the V2, but the platforming mechanics are even more improved and it will be more enjoyable than the previous one. Animation is improved aswell, too. You will notice that the frames change depending on the X velocity of Basketball. And eventually, as always... The UI will be better... I don't like it anymore on this version. plus no death mode is actually almost humanly impossible, so i would make the levels to be way easier. My 2nd most popular project on Scratch - Can it even surpass Ball Raids? I doubt it because Ball Raids actually has over twice more views than this... The basketball sprite here uses more than a THOUSAND blocks The actual release date of this platformer was in May 10, 2022 May 5, 2024, 4:00 PM CEST: BPA V3 is here! It's quite the same as V2, but the platforming physics, the graphics and the UI are better as I didn't like the old design. However, the level count drastically went down from 75 to 10 due to me not making many levels while remaking the game. I will plan creating more levels in the future. May 3, 2024, 9:32 PM CEST: Not much things have changed, difficulties have changed and no longer got inspired by Geometry dash (instead the Roblox game JToH). Their range are: Effortless > Easy > Medium > Hard > Difficult > Challenging > Intense > Remorseless > Insane > Extreme > Terrifying > Catastrophic. Levels got re-rated as well. Level 50 also got nerfed since it was way too hard compared to the previous level, and even maybe as hard as level 75. June 25, 2023, 12:26 AM CEST: Added new levels, including a new mechanic: Speed Changes! Levels 66 - 75 are now rated! June 23, 2023, 9:46 PM CEST: No new levels, but still a huge update: Addition of Basketball Bucks, with new skins and hats! You can obtain Basketball Bucks either by completing levels variating with the difficulty or by collecting hidden coins (collecting them will award you 50 basketball bucks!) There are many achievements in the game that can reward prizes such as skins, hats and basketball bucks! There are 7 different skins and 13 different hats. For the hats, remember the party hat that was awarded when you finished the platformer while there was the event going on? Now it's back, and permanent! (Not for the party hat though, it will come back in May 10, 2024 and will be obtainable through 2 weeks). But alright, you can obtain the different skins and hats either by purchasing Basketball Bucks or by completing achievements. Let's hope I found a way to get BPA more fun!
