I almost recreated the new Windows 11 startup wheel. It is not perfect, but I think it is a pretty good recreation. NOTE: NEVER RUN IN TURBO MODE TRUST ME NOTE: potential 12-hour clock coming soon BUG: On scratch when you drag the window to the bottom of screen, window contents can go through the border because of scratch limits.
