Instructions

Fast gradient noise generation (on Turbowarp) Takes ~20 seconds for 300 layers 100% By me Starlight Noise is completely made up, it just suits how it looks (try 100 layers on Turbowarp) https://turbowarp.org/628614283?turbo&fps=200 Thumbnail made using this project Space to get noise How it works: Every layer consists of 8 points. Each pixel's noise value is relative to how close it is to those 8 points. This is then layered on top of itself several times to get a nice gradient noise. Improvements over fractal noise: -MUCH faster (in the time it would take fractal to make 2 layers this can make 200) -Smoother (fractals are naturally chaotic, so fractal noise had lots of unnatural and jarring visuals) -Much cooler looking
