Update Log: 14/1/2022: Released! finished neonizing the scout 17/1/2022: Finished Neonizing the Toxic Gunner, and the sniper, the buttons, and most of the Harbor/Portland enemies. 3/1/2023: Finished neonizing the Night 1 enemies 4/1/2023: Finished neonizing the stun effects and the cliffs, along with the wave bonus, the start game buttons, and a few other stuff. 4/1/2023: done with Night 2 enemies 5/3/2023: Neonized the soldier
