Instructions

Yes, I have done some work with sonic.exe recently, but I WILL NOT BE ADDING ANYTHING TO 2.0. However, I have made a project for 3.0: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/713481370/ I'm currently working on 3.0, and will occasionally add content ONLY there. Note: This contains bloody things and flashing lights. How to play: Play by using the arrow keys or WASD (can be changed in options). Thanks: @LUke082765 for fixing the effects. @CharizardAaroshdude for making the original project. IMPORTANT: bot-play might not work offset being over or under 0ms.
