Instructions

Run on turbowarp: https://turbowarp.org/560917483 Click generate color palette to generate a color palette. Use the "+" and "-" symbols to change the number of colors. Click the image at the bottom to change it. Click 0, 1, 2, or 3 to generate an "image" using the color palette. 3 is the most detailed mode, but it takes more time to scan the image. To get better results do not switch tabs. Please note that this does not work perfectly, and the outcome may be better depending on what mode you choose. Use turbo mode to speed it up :)
