Typhoon at the Doubloon! - An entry for TSAC4

Description

⛈️⛱️ It's a lovely sunny day in Sherbetton, and Walburt & Ripley have hopped over to Doubloon Beach to get the most of the perfect weather, basking under the hot sun for so long that Ripley's joints go rusty and Walburt falls fast asleep. Surely nothing can ruin this glorious day out, right? Sherbet Radio Weather predicts otherwise, but it's hard to believe it. Work on this project started on the 1st July 2021 and ended on the 30th July 2021, with development lasting around 30 days. Hopefully @SCRACO65 make consideration for my hard work and enjoys it, as he's the contest judge! Also, this is my 600th project on this account!
