Yes, I know it sounds bad. The IPATtS (International Phonetic Alphabet Text to Speech) project is a project designed to have the International Phonetic Alphabet as a Text to Speech program. There is a website (https://ipa-reader.xyz) for this, but it has some limitations, such as only supporting the phonetic alphabet for the language you select. This scratch project fixes that issue. Please do not use this project to cuss.
