This item gives you a 15% chance of blocking damage each time you take damage. But, it doesn't stack linearly, then you would become invincible with just 7. No, this stacks hyperbolically, with each added one having less of an effect than the last. Q: How many Tougher Times's does it take to get 99.9%? A: 4438-ish Q: How many Tougher Times's do you recommend I get while playing RoR2? A: 9. I also recommend you get the boss item Genesis Loop. This means Blood Shrines either give you free gold, or have a devastating effect on your enemies.
