inspired by FOOTSIES and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate font used - Press Start 2P by Google Fonts original sound effects ripped by Random Talking Bush from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate NES arrangement based on Together, We Ride! performed by Gametal All other graphics, sound and code by me
Instructions
use WASD and arrow keys to play (use WASD only for single player; arrow keys will disable the CPU until the green flag is clicked again) press H key to toggle hitbox vis press R key to reset press M key to toggle music/sound effects use 60fps in forkphorus or turbowarp for accurate frame data no mobile support yet :( to do: add draw logic finish graphics add menu add cloud multiplayer (maybe) added easter egg (play for a while to see it, or, earn it by winning against the cpu 4+ times in a row) improved circle rendering (high school maths does teach you something, every once in a while) removed another inconsistency (chrucina's spotdodge was a frame slower when max staled) removed inconsistencies between characters (rarth's hurtbox used the attack formation for a frame of the spotdodge, making him slightly better) slightly updated frame data (spotdodge cancelling was two frames faster than it's supposed to be) added fancier "no contest" animation (yes, it's possible to hit each other at the same time) fixed artificial delay bugs (hopefully) updated music added score display updated clank animation further cpu "refinements" enabled music variations fixed a cpu bug (there's gonna be a lot of these) added cpu added chrom's death animation added sword clank added game added some collision - using hardcoded positional hitboxes added spotdodges added buffer system
