How its made: get the link of the video you want make sure its a YouTube link put an "fy" after youtube e.g. https://www.youtubefy.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ&list=PLahKLy8pQdCM0SiXNn3EfGIXX19QGzUG3 after that you will be redirected to a site called "mp3fy" it will automatically download the video as a SOUND file, or what's called a MP3 Then you should paste that same link again in the search bar (without the "fy" after youtube) a prompt would come up, click continue and click "MP4" the MP4 is your Video file. Then you go on google and search up "MP4 to GIF" and search through until you find a working one. convert your saved youtube video into gif and (finally) open your desired scratch project. go into sprites and go into costumes click upload costumes and select your saved youtube file as a GIF. This will take a while to load. Next you should go into sounds and click upload sound select your downloaded MP3 YouTube video This will also take a while to load. After loading go into scripts and make a script that plays the downloaded YouTube video (the only sound other than pop) forever and makes the sprite's costume change to next costume every few seconds (it depends on what you used to convert into gif). You should be done!
