The evil Dr. Wily, who wants world domination, is tired of his schemes being stopped by Mega Man, and is looking for revenge. Wily hears about Dr. Light's Robots, and decides to test out his newest weapon, the "Memory Zapper" on these newly built Robots. The Robots become mind-controlled and go violent and berserk. It is up to the hero, Mega Man, to destroy the brainwashed Robots, and stop Dr. Wily from mind-controlling even more Robots, or ultimately, Humans. Face off against 6 unique Robot Masters.
