There will be no treaties for a while. ~~ ~~ ~~ PROPOSAL: Merge rules 4 and 8 and rules 5 and 7. PROPOSAL 2: Add a PERMALOCKED system that will ONLY be unlocked when the owner rejoins. Can also be named Hibernation, the owner of the territory has 0 points when permalocked. I don't get it. -coder Rejoin vote coming soon... (poll 2 - 1) Remix 1000+ will have no comma. PROPOSED RULES: 16b, 17b Locked territories: @thugadugary (perma) & @vejoua Remix and attack (change a different colored tile that's next to your tile(s) to your tile color) 1 space (don't add a space on big white square) or open the untaken cell that connect to at least one of others (Remove a big white square, only allowed for your 1st remix), color your cell (white not allowed, no taken colors) and put your username in your cell. If last two remaining and all tiles can be used, this war will be ended then who has the larger cell wins. Warning! Put the right color in the numbers! Everyone cannot break the rules unless it says (Optional) or *(only @coder2045 can break) Rules: 1. Don't attack more than 1 tile unless you are capturing islands of 3 or less. 2. If your cell was here, but now you are gone, you have been eliminated. No rejoining! 3. You can cut someone's cell into twos or more. (optional) 4. Don't remove rules.* 5. Don't remove music.* 6. Update the ranking board (optional) (if someone eliminated, put his/her username on it) 7. Don't delete music-related scripts. 8. Don't add rules * 9. Fix something i spelled wrong here. (optional) 13. If you claim a remix, you must share the remix within 15 minutes or your claim will expire and someone else can remix. For remix reservations (saying "_____ remixes"), this can be up to 60 minutes. (Edited because someone may be doing sonething else (ex. eating) during the 30 minutes.) 14. Alt accounts are allowed, but they will be treated like a normal user. Alt accounts must be a Scratcher and at least one month old. You cannot remix your own project, so do not remix your project with your alternate account at the same time. 15. You can capture islands with 3 or less tiles. (This counts as a remix, so you can't capture an island and attack in the same remix.) 16[a]. When a player reserves a remix for someone, only the player who had the remix reserved for him/her can remix until the time is up. [16b. The player cannot reserve more than three remixes for the same player within a period of five remixes that he/she made. -GC] 17[a]. Users can get strikes for breaking the rules. 3 strikes and they're eliminated. [17b (proposed): Change "eliminated" to "banned for 1 week."] 18a. If you plan to be inactive for longer than 3 hours, then your land will be locked (cannot be invaded) until you are back online. You are gonna have to contact the owner though. Attacking the locked territory/ies or locking your territory if you're not off for at least 3 hours counts as a strike. 18b. Clarification: Only you can lock your land, and it must be after @coder2045 approves your lockage. 18c. The owner can unlock territories or specific tiles if it's a problem. 19.
