THX Tex (1996, 2005-2006) logo (aka THX TEX REMASTERED! 10th Anniversary)

Description

Here is my version of THX "Tex" trailer. It is a taken from Fox Demo Disc #1 DVD (2001), Finding Nemo DVD Disc 2 (Full Screen) (2003), A Bug's Life DVD Disc 1 (2003), Toy Story Laserdisc (1996), Toy Story DVD (2000), Toy Story 2 (Special Edition) DVD (2005), Cars DVD (2006), Toy Story (UK) DVD (2005) Original Made in June 13th, 2014, and Remastered in June 13th, 2024!

Instructions

Used: Independence Day (July 3, 1996) (Theatrical), Toy Story (December 18, 1996) (LaserDisc), Toy Story (October 17, 2000) (DVD) Nickname: "THX" "Tex" "Robot" Logo: The THX logo fades in as it usually would. All of a sudden, the logo sputters and then breaks down as if due to an electrical failure. A light is switched on as a robot named Tex rolls in from off-camera. Tex opens a panel on the "X", grabs a rocket pack, and flies off screen, pulling out a hammer just before he goes off screen, muttering "Oh, George..." Tex hammers at something on the right side of the screen, he drills at something on the left side, he starts to saw and then hits a hard object and he yells "Ow!", muttering afterward, and then he flies over to the "T" and moves a large switch. The switch causes the logo to re-activate and complete its usual sequence with the "LUCASFILM LTD" and "SOUND SYSTEM" text. Tex realizes the door in the "X" is still open and kicks the logo, which shuts the door, causing a black screen to fall reading "The Audience Is Listening". Music/Sounds: THX Tex EX.
