inspired by @Bent_Paper rules: only comment less than 3 times! and dont spam dont ask to modify ANYTHING from the philippines flag, as its illegal to modify it in their country (unless if its to change it to another country or flag, except the war one) dont ask to make all normal you must follow scratch's community guildness no innapropriate stuff everyone can comment, except haters no asking to change the bpm or key (but you can ask to change the tracks) dont ask to change multiple countries, only 1-3 per user dont ask to remove all of them dont ask to make the tracks slower or faster dont change anything to try to disrespect any nation, please you can only add 1-3 countries on the band, per user you can ask to change a country's flag to a historical one, but no innapropriate flags like ww2 germany you can also ask to add/change a country's flag to a alternate universe/history or fictional country flags, but same thing, no innapropriate flags only 1-3 changes per comment
