in the distant future, Neo Cat city holds the only time machine in exsictance, its being gaurded by the best soilders to prevent unwanted futures now a bunch of rouge cats want to get in the time machine to become severe tyrants rules: No big or small ocs max size is 50 no op no pngs/bitmap dont edit anything that ain't your's (optinal) add yourself to the thumbnail / game over screen failure to follow the rules leads to a unofficial remix
