✫ SUPER PUNCH-OUT!! ✫ (v1.0) -Press space on the title screen to start the game- ✫ CONTROLS ✫ Z - Left Hook X - Right Hook Z + Up Arrow - Left Jab X + Up Arrow - Right Jab C - Knock Out Punch (Only when KO meter is full) Left Arrow - Left Dodge Right Arrow - Right Dodge Down Arrow - Duck ✫ GENERAL TIPS ✫ - Use your KO Punches wisely, as you start your meter all over from 0. - Be smart with your punch interceptions. If your opponent attacks right after he blocks, then punch him. You will get the reward without having to do the work, although the timing is tough. - With enough practice, every fight will average around 15 seconds (or 0"15"00 on the timer) for a TKO, and 9 seconds (or 0"09"00) for a Knock Out on the 2nd knockdown. Not all characters can be KO'd, however. ✫ CHARACTER GUIDES ✫ - MINOR CIRCUIT - "Gabby Jay throws simple attacks, so he should be easy to take out. Stay on top of his timing!" "Watch out for Bear Hugger's "Bear Hug". He does it as soon as he gets up! Stay on top of his attack." "Piston Hurricane's "Hurricane Rush" is quite a tedious attack to avoid. Be patient, as he leaves you hanging!" "Bald Bull's Bull Charge is intimidating, but stand up to him! Throw a body blow when he comes in!" - MAJOR CIRCUIT - "Bob Charlie's "Shuck N' Jive" can be intercepted before his third uppercut! Watch out for his delayed hook as well! He backs up more horizontally and less vertically. That's your signal!" "Dragon Chan's punches are quick! Stay on top of them. Make sure you use you KO punches, too!" "Masked Muscle fights dirty! Watch out for his spit attack! He does it as soon as he gets up! His headbutt attack is also delayed before doing it!" "Mr. Sandman was always tough! Dodge his quick hooks and his devastating uppercuts! When he throws out the Dreamland Express, delay your dodges after each uppercut!" - WORLD CIRCUIT - "Aran Ryan isn't affected by your normal punches. You gotta KO punch him for the real damage. It's your only way of winning!" "Heike Kagero's Mirage Dance is scary, but he always takes his time in his attacks! Be aware of his hair attack as well, as he will go for two in a row!" "Mad Clown is a joker! His punches are super delayed! Don't get thrown off by his tricky timing!" "Super Macho Man's clotheslines are destructive! Duck his attacks. They knock you down in one hit!" - SPECIAL CIRCUIT - "Narcis hates to be punched in the face! Take advantage of that! He becomes more predictable when angry, although his attacks are stronger and faster!" "Hoy Quarlow's Staff attacks are impossible to dodge! Just take the attack, and counter his more slower attacks through patient dodging! "Rick Bruiser's attacks are fast, and will give counters you won't expect! Stay on top of his pattern!
