Welcome to Playtime! Founded in 1930 by Elliot Ludwig, Playtime is the world's largest toy company. Based on the founder's philosophy of "I want to create toys that can hold everyone forever," the company has released a number of avant-garde toys since its founding, including the world's first talking doll, Poppy Playtime. In 1984, the company's representative character, Huggy Wuggie, was born, a toy that embodied the founder's ideals.
