Glitch Effect I Made 'Cus I'm Bored

I had been thinking of @a_starter_teacher's project for a while, so I coded my take first thing in the morning. I used @papipupepappa's Flames method to achieve the glitchy effect on Scratch Cat: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/724814271. As for the scanline effect, that's just one of the effects I created in 2023, but altered, and now it's optimised... kinda. The original scanline script in 2023 had an unnecessary custom block. No, I did not return. I created this project because I got bored and was lamenting the times when Scratch was fun. Yeah, I reached the point when Scratch is no longer fun for me, especially since I transitioned to other software. Therefore, I am unsure when I will animate something with Turbowarp again. I have one idea in mind, but that requires endurance and time, and I don't think it's worth spending my remaining spare time using Scratch when Krita is right there.
