Odd 2001 Otis roped hydraulic lift... Brand: Otis. Model: Series 1/2000 H? Year: 2001. Capacity: 630 kg or 8 persons. Type: Single ram roped hydraulic with MR. Logic: Siemens PLC. Doors: Fermator. Motor: Bucher Hydraulics submersible pump unit with Bucher LRV-1 electronically regulated valve block. Fixtures: US Otis Series 1 cab fixtures and Otis 2000 call stations. Voice: Older Drucegrove. Floors: 5(*0, 1, 2, 3 and 4). Speed: 1 m/s. Position of the motor room: At floor 0, behind the shaft. Starter type: Direct-on-line. Location: Undisclosed posh flats in Leicester, UK. This lift looks very similar to the 1998 one, however, it serves 5 floors instead of 6 and it's a mix of parts: The doors are Fermator, the logic is a Siemens PLC, the call stations are Otis 2000 and the inside fixtures are American Series 1. Also, notice the CE marking on the panel! That's something you'll never expect to see on a US Otis Series 1 panel! And just listen to that Bucher Hydraulics power unit, it is really loud but it sounds just EPIC!!! Also, the lift takes just 1 second to fully stop! That's crazy fast levelling for a hydraulic lift! I bet it has an absolute shaft encoder or a reference point + tacho system! BTW it was installed in 2001 instead of 1998. To sum up, this lift is TOTALLY AWESOME!!! BTW, the only potential downfall of this lift is the lack of pre-doors but I don't think that's too bad because of how fast the levelling is! Anyways, that's the end of the description!
