[IMPORTANT] WIP Scrolling Sidewalk

Description

wip test scene for DDN Expect in the finished result: - Multiple sidewalk variations - Real Time Sky (Sunrise/Day/Sunset/Night (repeats and transitions smoothly)) - Seasonal skies and sidewalks (snowy/winter and leafy/fall) - Special month event sidewalks (like months with things like christmas, thanksgiving, etc.) - houses and light posts in bg (will also have special variations) - possibly effects like snowfall, falling leaves, wind - someone (probably Redd) walking on sidewalk (with passerby's) - Clouds - Revamped code of some sort I might not remove things i already added so if you see something in the list already in project, im either working on it or already finished.

Instructions

Tells your time in your area (time zone compatible) the song in the background is an old song i made that i heavily edited to sound more peaceful. (currently trying to see if theres a Tomodachi Life Soundfont for music reasons.) :)
