Description
Patch Notes 9/1/24 - Beta v1.3.2 -The Map now works much better than in 1.3.1, although it still glitches. -Fixed a glitch where the game would completely lag out after going through about 5 rooms. This was related to the map not working. -Made it so that if you go through a door to the next room, you will not go back to that room after beating the next room. -The map will now reset after restarting. -Pathfinding enemies are being tested! You can currently mess around with them in the infinite mode. Enemies should still work how they used to in the Dungeon mode for now. It is currently a little glitched, so enemies may get stuck inside of walls. Also, it causes a lot of lag after a short period of time. Patch Notes 8/31/24 - Beta v1.3.1 -Added a sword swing animation! -The sweep also functions as an extra hitbox for the sword, making fighting easier. -Added 2 new sound effects: Taking Damage, and Game Over. -Fixed a glitch where you could use the sword in the menu. -Fixed a glitch where the "RELOADING" sign could kill enemies. -Added an early version of the Map. You can view it by pressing M. It is very broken and likely will not work. Patch Notes 8/29/24 - Beta v1.3 Added Sound Effects for many actions, including: -Clicking buttons -Opening Chests -Shooting guns -Explosions -Reloading Sound Effects can be toggled with the audio button. -Removed the kill counter from Dungeon mode. -Removed the rooms cleared and enemies remaining counter from Infinite mode. -Fixed a bug where after pressing Infinite, then exiting, then going to Dungeon, the player would be able to change their weapon. Patch Notes 8/27/24 - Beta v1.2.3 -Fixed a bug where the HP would show up as two hearts after losing all three hearts. Patch Notes 8/16/24 - Beta v1.2.2 -Added Settings, Audio, and Keybinds Buttons +Audio does not function yet as there are no sound effects +There are no settings yet -11 New Maps! (Went from 17->28) Patch Notes 8/15/24 - Beta v1.2.1 (Bug Fixes) -Altered the way that movement works to make it less likely to glitch through walls. -Chests can no longer spawn when in the menu. -Chests can no longer spawn before a round begins. -Chests now spawn instantly after a round ends. Patch Notes 8/13/24 - Beta v1.2.0 -New Gun: Submachine Gun +Slower fire rate than Uzi, but better accuracy and more bullets. -Chests now spawn up to room 75 instead of ending at 35 Patch Notes 8/12/24 - Beta v1.1.0 New Gun: Aug +Three-Round Burst Rifle +30 Bullets per clip +Minimal Spread New Gun: Guided Missile +Rocket follows your cursor +Explodes on impact or when touching the cursor -Minigun Buff: Ammo increased from 40->50 and Bullet Spread slightly decreased. Bug Fixes: -A new icon now appears at the bottom of the screen whenever a chest is in the current room. -Fixed a glitch where chests could spawn at the beginning of a round. Known Problems: -The mode "Infinite" is not finished and will likely glitch -The Kill Counter will glitch out and reset if you get over 120 kills
Instructions
How to play (Dungeon Mode): -Each room will have a random layout and a random number of enemies that spawn. -After defeating all enemies in a room, a door will open allowing you to move on to the next room. -After clearing rooms 1, 6, 11, 16, and so on, a chest will spawn in the center of the room. This chest will give the player a random gun. The player can choose to take this gun or leave it. (Players can only carry one gun at a time.) -Goal: Try to clear as many rooms as you can without losing all 3 lives! Controls: Aim with Mouse Cursor WASD - Move Space - Shoot, Open Chest, Pickup Weapon C - Dash X - Melee Attack (Swing Sword) R - Reload M - Map Icons at the bottom of the screen: Bullets Icon = Ammo in clip Enemy with Red X Icon = Enemies Remaining Skull Icon = Kills Door with Checkmark Icon: Rooms Cleared Hearts = Player HP
